This hospital is not just a healthcare institution; it stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of service and compassion that has long defined Sangaria’s leaders and visionaries.
The residents of Sangaria remember the remarkable contributions of Shri Keshavanand Ji Maharaj, who visited the town in 1917 and dedicated his life to education until his passing in 1973. Similarly, the establishment of this hospital by Param Pujya Swami Shri Prakhar Ji Maharaj represents a significant boon for the health of the community. The residents of Sangaria remain deeply grateful for this generosity.
Before the hospital’s establishment, the lack of proper healthcare services—especially for maternal care—was a pressing issue. Women faced significant risks during childbirth without access to medical facilities. Recognizing these challenges, Param Pujya Gurudev initiated this project to improve healthcare in the area.
Initially, the hospital focused on providing safe delivery services for pregnant women. However, as the need for comprehensive medical care became evident, the hospital expanded its services to treat various serious health conditions and facilitate necessary medical tests for the community.
